Ordered an Innopet Dpots Buggy on Sunday evening and received it Tuesday Morning. I can't believe how lightweight it is so will hopefully make show days so much easier than lifting my old one in and out of the car. Thanks Aileen for all your help and brilliant service

Absolutely delighted with my K9 CleanCoat. Hard shout trying to find a rainproof coat for a Leonberger. Alieen was superb and very patient with me during our video call to get measurements for Jeffrey. I have had many compliments on his coat and blue is definitely his colour, (Aileen’s recommendation) Thank you. No more wet Leo shaking and drenching everything.

I contacted Aileen from K9 Cleancoats regarding getting a full coat made to cover up my long haired German shepherd when out on muddy walks. Aileen is very precise, she spent a lot of time making sure that she got all the exact measurements to ensure that the coat would fit perfectly. It arrived today very punctually and fits amazingly well. I am very confident that my daily experience of having to wash a dirty dog is over, great news for me, my dog and my bathroom! I bought the small dog buggy so I could take my cavalier puppy who was waiting for an operation on his knee out and about. Eileen was amazing. She called me when I first ordered and gave me loads of advice. She kept in contact all the way through delivery, set up and once I was using my buggy to check everything was going well. I mentioned I had a tiny hole in the cover and she got the manufacturer to send me a whole new cover. Brilliant customer service which is very rare these days. The buggy has been brilliant. It’s lightweight and easy to travel with. It meant we could take Obi, our injured pup on holiday with us and still do all the things we had planned. I will definitely be ordering from K9 Clean Coats again.

Bought the smaller one of these strollers. Had the very large one but it was heavy so went for a small one which b is great and only take 2-4 dogs so big enough. This is my dogs at 3 counties champ show yesterday. Would definitely recommend

XL BUGGY - Best purchase ever made!!
I contacted K9 CleanCoats Limited a week before Crufts, for assistance in deciding which size of buggy would be most suited for my 2 Korean Jindos. Aileen immediately messaged asking if I would give her a call, as it would be easier to talk it through with me. My immediate thought was “oh no, not another company wanting to talk my ear off”. How wrong could I have been, Aileen was lovely, extremely professional and gave me the actual advice I needed to proceed with my purchase, an XL buggy - NOTHING beats that personal, caring touch, which Aileen has in spades 😘
I was worried about delivery time, with it being so near to the show, but it arrived in 2 days 😳
Aileen kept me informed every step of the way, and suggested I watch the well-detailed videos on the website showing set-up/dismantling of the buggy.
The morning of the show, I loaded both dogs (the pup is now convinced this is his new “happy place”), and onto the grooming table I loaded 2 x 30” crates, cushions, crate covers and a chair, but STILL the buggy rolled along with ease. Manoeuvrability along the walk-ways and tight turns was a doddle and when I arrived at my benches, I had 2 “still clean” white Jindos!
When both dogs were in their crates, I thought, “where am I going to put the buggy?” I shouldn’t have worried, as the buggy folded down (with the wheels still on) and slotted in very neatly onto the bench next to my crate.
Packing up and the return journey was just as enjoyable.
So all that’s left to say, is, why didn’t I think of buying one of these amazing buggies from this excellent company years ago, as it made my Crufts journey into the halls so much easier!

I messaged the page to get an appointment for Nora to have a waterproof coat made. A few days later we did a video called whilst at a dog show, lol. Measurements were all taken and it wasn’t too long before my pink coat arrived. Fits and looks fantastic!

My Review of the Petstro Skyline

As a self-appointed dog taxi driver (like many other devoted dog dads), I’ve become well-acquainted with the art of cramming our vehicle full of every canine essential imaginable. The dogs ride in luxury while us humans wedge ourselves into what’s left, basically what feels like a circus on wheels.

So, when my wife suggested we buy yet another item for the dogs, this time a pram, all I could hear was: “It’ll make life so much easier.” After 30+ years of marriage, I’ve learned it’s often wiser to nod in agreement than start a debate I’m bound to lose. The only condition I laid down was that I absolutely, under no circumstance, would ever be caught pushing a dog pram.

Fast forward to the purchase. Aileen provided excellent communication, and delivery was impressively quick. As a retired engineer, I have to say I was genuinely impressed. The build quality is outstanding, and the setup? A breeze. It was up and ready within seconds.

Our first outing was to the SKC show at the Royal Highland Showground. My wife popped the Petstro open in under a minute, loaded up the dogs, tossed the grooming supplies on top, and off we went, no cage assembly, no fiddling with covers, no faff. And yes, I’ll admit it… I ended up pushing it. It was that easy to handle, smooth, light, and effortless to steer. At one point, I even asked if she’d actually put the dogs in, it felt so light.

Truthfully, it’s one of the best purchases she’s made for the dogs—and I can’t believe how quickly I changed my tune. A total game-changer.

With the shape of a Skye being so unique it is impossible to find anything to fit. Brodie’s new coat will be great for the winter. He seems quite happy wearing it as he is still able to roll and shake. The super quick turn around from fitting to delivery was an extra bonus! ☺️

I carnt recommend Aileen enough she did a video call to help with the measurements of my dogs, and we were going on holiday a week later she made sure they were ready and posted by special delivery to reach us before we left for our holiday , The coats fit perfectly and the dogs didn’t mind having them put on they kept them clean and dry in the Yorkshire weather. As they are both large and very hairy dogs made life a lot easier for me.

was looking for a Buggy to take my dogs to the shows, couldn't have asked for anymore in quality and service, even when it was delivered I received a message to check everything was ok. first class product and service.

Purchased one for my Gordon Setter Freya and it works a treat. Fairly straight forward to put on and allows her to still have her great walks and run around as normal but keeps her clean. Hardest part of ordering was deciding on which pattern and colour as there is such a range of funky patterns and of course you want your girl to stand out don’t you. Would highly recommend. The quality and product are of such a high quality.

I was looking for a full legged coat for my Newfiepoo, I searched everywhere and came across K9 clean coats a simple message and writhing hours Alieen got in touch, we FaceTimed to get all measurements and within a week or so I got the coat ready for our holiday and it fits perfect, I have just ordered another coat .
